I LOVE THE LOW PROFILE!
Two years ago I remodeled my master bath and had the electrician install a plug for a bidet. I bought a $600 “top of the line” or so I thought…… Less than two years later the seat cracked and it stopped working. I was never really happy with the fit of the seat and the direction of the water spray was never quite right. I decided to try the Alpha Bidet because A. It was half the price. B. It was ultra low profile as my other one was huge. C. It had all the features that I typically used and none of the ones that I didn’t. Well, I am delighted with this seat! It fits way better than the other one. The sprayer is spot on! It feels solid and sturdy. And new features that the other did not have is you can use “eco mode” and have the blue light come on at night only and have the heated seat go down to 1 until you sit on it and then it will warm to your desired temperature. I am loving this seat and loving the price! If you are new to bidet’s, I highly recommend this one!
Made life better
I purchased this bidet seat for my mother who is 87 years old and has many health problems. She has severe arthritis in her shoulders and once I taught her how to use it, she says it has changed her life for the better. I have had one for years now and have been after her to get one for quite some time but she is quite said in her ways and resistant to change. Nice ProductJust installed it and so far so good. Test run was nice. Installation was easy. I’ve had 3 Costco purchased brondell bidet seats and all of them have burned out within 1 year (of course right after the 1 year warranty expired). I’m going to try a different smaller name brand to see if they are more reliable. This one has a 3 year warranty I think, so that was appealing to me. Signals that Alpha is serious about creating a product that I can rely on. The initial test was as promised. Nice stream of water. Controls easy and intuitive. Fingers crossed!

The unlimited warm water and the strong water pressure alone fetches $400+ from competitors. I really enjoy the easy wash and the auto wash/ dry setting. These make it easy to use the bidet without needing to press a bunch of buttons which comes in handy in the middle of the night. Great price and great manufactor
